Nothing officially stated anywhere, though there is a creative commons tag on the front of www.5-Track.com - I think it applies only to the contents of the site, however. I don't mind if anyone tapes or copies any live show of mine provided it isn't for commercial use - if they plan to sell it, they need to talk to me first. Exceptions I guess would be anything I had chosen to release in some sellable form, but I usually just do that with "studio" recordings anymore. Which are another story."
